Data is sourced from KAPSARC (King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center), which publishes the Real Estate Price Index derived from GASTAT (Saudi General Authority for Statistics). Two base years are stitched into a single series: 2014-base for historical coverage and 2023-base for current-cycle readings. Property-type breakdowns are shown as separate series. Historical data was seeded from the Civillizard open mirror (KSA Open Data License; attribution to KAPSARC required); new quarters are refreshed automatically as they publish.
