About the Data
Every figure on this site traces back to a stored raw-source snapshot with a content hash, refreshed on a defined cadence. Nothing is scraped from login-gated pages, and no number is estimated.

Known limits of the data
- Ministry of Justice deal files are complete for 2024 and only partial from 2025, so the district deal counts on this site use 2024.
- REGA and SREM count transactions differently: REGA totals are about twice SREM's, so the two are never added or swapped.
- SREM only answers Saudi connections, so it is refreshed by hand from Saudi Arabia rather than automatically.
- SAMA publishes with a lag of several months; each page shows the month its figures belong to.
- Sakani regional detail is published as PDFs and is not included; only the headline totals are.

Data is sourced under the KSA Open Data License (REGA, KAPSARC, SAMA, MOMRAH, GASTAT, Sakani), which permits commercial use with attribution. Compiled and displayed by KW Saudi Arabia (شركة الياسمين لإدارة وتطوير العقارات, REGA License #1200018764).
