Residential sales in the Ministry of Justice's open deal file, each quarter.
The Ministry's open deal file holds only part of registered sales: for Jeddah in Q1 2026 it listed deals equal to 70% of REGA's deed count, and that share varies by quarter. Read the bars as a trend within the file, not as market totals.
Average annual rent on residential leases registered on Ejar, by unit type.
REGA doesn't publish district-level rents for Jeddah yet.
Annual apartment rent per m² ÷ apartment sale price per m², both from the same quarter. Before service charges, vacancy and fees. Villas are left out: their sale prices are per m² of plot, their rents per m² of floor area.
There isn't enough matching sale and rent data to calculate a yield here.
