Residential sales in the Ministry of Justice's open deal file, each quarter.
The Ministry's open deal file holds only part of registered sales: for Jeddah in Q1 2026 it listed deals equal to 70% of REGA's deed count, and that share varies by quarter. Read the bars as a trend within the file, not as market totals.
